PlateLedger processes only information reasonably needed to operate the website, deliver purchased products, prevent abuse, and answer support requests.
Local product data
The downloadable PlateLedger app stores working entries in your browser. PlateLedger does not receive those entries unless you choose to include them in a support message.
Payments and delivery
Paddle acts as merchant of record and processes checkout, tax, payment, receipt, and transaction information under its own privacy terms. PlateLedger uses the transaction reference and purchased price identifier to verify access to the correct download.
Analytics and support
Anonymous website and event data may be collected for reliability and funnel measurement. Support messages are retained only as reasonably needed to answer and document the request. PlateLedger does not sell personal information.
